Part 10: Millennial Kingdom Interpretations & Eternal State (Ch 20-22)

This week we sang and discussed then hymn “Tis So Sweet.” Afterward we finished up our study of the book of revelation by first, reviewing the millennial kingdom and talking about the major interpretative systems concerning the millennial kingdom. After that we went on to the eternal state in Chapters 21-22. Lesson given on August 18, 2019.

Part 9: Marriage Supper, 2nd Coming, Millennial Kingdom

This week we sang and discussed “Come Thou Fount” by Robert Robinson. After that we continued our study of Revelation, covering the marriage supper of the lamb, the 2nd coming, and the millennial kingdom. Lesson given on August 4, 2019.

Part 8: Bowl Judgments and Lunch Break #4 (Babylon’s Fall) (Ch 15-18)

Unfortunately, I left my video camera in Riggins, and I hadn’t received it back in the mail yet from Pastor Mike and Becky, so we weren’t able to record it. Mid-Way Review

This week we sang and discussed the hymn “Jesus, Savior, Pilot Me” by Edward Hopper. After that we called an audible and reviewed everything in Revelation up to that point. We will pick our study of Revelation back up when we return from Riggins, on July 14th. Lesson given May 19, 2019.

Part 7: Lunch Break #3 (Ch 12-14)

This week we sang and discussed “Christ Arose” by Robert Lowry. After this we continued our study of revelation, getting into the most widely debated and misunderstood chapters in the entire book. The allegory of the woman and the red dragon, and the two beasts whom the dragon summons has caused many people to scratch many heads. We do our best with the text and hopefully give helpful thoughts to enable you to work through the scriptures yourself. Lesson given on April 28, 2019.

Part 6: Lunch Break #2 & Trumpet 7 (Ch 10-11)

This week we sang and discussed the hymn “His Eye is On the Sparrow” by Civilla D. Martin. After that, we continued our study on Revelation, covering the second “Lunch Break” which describes the angel with the little scroll and 7 thunders, and the two witnesses who prophesy in Jerusalem. Lesson given on April 14, 2019.

Part 5: Trumpets 1-6 (Ch 8-9) & Daniel’s 70 Weeks (Dan 9:24-27)

This week we sang and discussed “I Stand Amazed in the Presence” by Charles Gabriel then continued our study of Revelation by beginning the trumpet judgments. After this, we worked through one of the toughest prophecies to understand, the 70 Weeks Prophecy in Daniel 9. Lesson given on April 7, 2019.

Part 4: Seal Judgments & Lunch Break #1 (6:1-8:5)

This week we sang and discussed the hymn “Take My Life and Let it Be” by Frances Havergal. After that we continued our study of the book of Revelation, covering the 7 seal judgments, as well as the first interlude (we’re calling them “Lunch Breaks”) which talks about the 144,000 sealed Israelites, and the multitude of nations. Lesson given on March 31, 2019.

Part 3: Heavenly Scene (Ch 4-5)

This week we sang and discussed the hymn “In the Garden” by C. Austin Miles. After that, we continued our study of Revelation by transitioning into the events that are yet future. It begins with a scene in heaven, God’s throne room, where Jesus, pictured as a lamb, is found worthy to open the 7-sealed scroll of judgment. Lesson given on March 24, 2019.
